Kenseikai Karate is a full contact stylewhich leads the way to personal reform and character building. ThroughKarate training together we develop the emotional, physical and spiritualstrength necessary to overcome any of life's hurdles. The principalaim of Kenseikai is to cultivate upstanding people for today's societywith an even balance of Mind, Body & Spirit (SHIN-GI-TAI ICHINYO).

We welcome all people of all ages, anytime!!

Spectators are always welcome, please drop by any of our Dojo to watch, or to join in, anytime. Training at all of the Kenseikai Dojo is coveredby the monthly membership fee, join as many or as few lessons as you like,to suit your schedule.

Even those from other Karate styles/schools may join in.
